Hi guys,

today after the "drama episode", we started a new sequence about "Oliver Twist".

We commented on the DVD front and back covers and we started to watch the very beginning of the movie.

Remember:

LOOK LIKE = ressembler (quand on voit qqch).
SOUND LIKE = ressemble (quand on entend qqch).

The building looks like a prison. It doesn't look like a school.
It sounds like the noise of a door.

today we went to the "Salle Polyvalente" so that we could train with a real stage for the rehearsal of the trial.

- évaluation de la pièce de théâtre en groupe mais aussi individuellement. Vous devez être capable de jouer l'intégralité de votre rôle bien sûr, et de palier l'absence éventuelle d'un camarade. Attention, vous serez notés à la fois pour la pièce en groupe mais aussi pour votre rôle complet, individuel.

today we first practised pronunciation, particularly how to pronounce the "weak vowels".

Then you had to rehearse your part with your group.

Finally, we had time to help one group to perform their presentation on stage.
