• Hi guys,

today we did a quick recap of what you knew about Jack's experience and Australia in general.
We also wrote a small paragraph about the pronunciation of words ending in < -ic  >

Then we continued the class with what you could say about your best and worst experiences.

    Here are some examples:

The most boring book I have ever read is Candide by Voltaire.
The saddest film I have ever seen is Titanic.
The funniest film I've ever watched is Very Bad Trip.
    ...

  • Hi guys,

last time we went to the computer room to make research about Australia.
Here is the worksheet you had to complete:

And here is the lesson we wrote today about the particularities of Australia:

The best activities and monuments and the most interesting facts about the country:

    - Canberra is the capital city but it's not the largest city.
    - Australia is the biggest island but the smallest continent in the world.
    - The Great Barrier Reef is the most extensive coral reef on Earth.
    - Ayers Rock or "Uluru" is the 2nd biggest rock in the country.
    - The "outback" or the "bush" is the driest and the most isolated place.
    - The koala and the kangaroo are the most common animals.
    - The Aborigenes are the first population in Australia. They are the oldest tribe in the country.

----> the  -st     / the most ... = notion de podium = classement et mise sur la 1ère marche.
    Notion d'adjectif court / long.
