we → our (à nous)
they → their (à eux)
Mavis has got a son. His name is Dennis. Dennis is Mavis’s son.
Martha has (got) a daughter. Her name is Mavis. She is Martha’s daughter.
Jonathan has got two parents. Their names are Linda and Mike.
They are Jonathan’s parents.

Interpretation
The lines on the pavement/sidewalk :
We can see that Ruby Bridges just crossed a line which can represent the past. The sidewalk is similar to a timeline and she’s moving forward step by step. (each step is a line on the floor).
Slavery→ segregation → desegregation → a new future
The crack in the wall can mean that the country is falling appart… it crosses the word ‘nigger’, so it shows that the insult belongs to the past.

Oggi avete fatto la verifica sulle parti del corpo e i plurali irregolari.
In seguito abbiamo imparato nuovo lessico per fare delle descrizioni fisiche.

Hello everyone,
Today, we discovered/ revised vocabulary about animals.
Vous avez revu et écrit des noms d'animaux et répondu à des questions sur ce que vous avez ou pas. Puis vous avez écrit des phrases sur les animaux dans la famille royale.
