In many schools in the UK, students wear uniforms.

Sophie's uniform is very simple: a white shirt, a blue jumper with a red and white V-neck, a blue skirt.

Uniforms are a good / positive thing because you just put on your uniform, have your breakfast and go to school, you don't have to choose your clothes.
