There are other customers behind the waiter.

I think they are eating pasta, because the waiter is serving parmigiano. So it is an Italian restaurant.

What happens in reality?

The customer gets a gun and he threatens Sheila, Rick and the staff.

He shoots in the ceiling by accident.

The customers are scared and they panic.

Rick is extremely scared too and he is mumbling “Yes, sir…”

The customer changes his menu, he wants a lunch menu now, he is moody.
