The document is a movie extract at a fast-food restaurant.

There are 3 (three) characters: the customer, the waitress, and the manager (the boss).

The customer’d like breakfast with an omelette and fries but the waitress doesn’t have breakfast.

The customer gets angry and calls the manager.

The manager repeats the same information again and again.

The customer is just 3 (three) minutes late. He looks at his watch and gets furious.
