    In reality, …

Garfield says “it's Monday”. He doesn't break the box or get angry. He is not trapped in the box.

Garfield laughs at the dog but he doesn't eat him and he doesn't run away.

Garfield says “yes, I love you” but he doesn't say “no”. He doesn't go to sleep or eat the food.

    In reality….

Garfield imagines “I hate Monday and people who love Mondays”.

Garfield falls in the toilet but he doesn't fall faint on the floor.

    He doesn't get angry.

  • In reality, Malaki cries and his mother arrives on stage. A member of the jury comes onto the stage too. She encourages him.
    The spectators clap / appplaude.
    Finally, Malaki continues to sing.

    -------------------------

I think he will not win the competition but
I guess the jury will say yes.

I believe the jury will not say yes.
I suppose his mother will like the song.
I think he won't go home alone.
I think he will sing again.

  • Malaki cries because he is shy. He is scared because there are many spectators in the room.

    Vocab :
    cry

    Predictions:

I think his mother will come onto the stage.
I believe everybody will encourage him.
I guess the jury and the spectators will cry too.
I suppose the audience will not laugh. /la:f/
