today we continued working on Charles Dickens's biography. Here is what we said:
Charles Dickens: Questions and Answers
1- What was his job? / What did he do?
He was a writer / a novelist. He wrote books and novels.
2- Where and when was he born?
He was born in Britain in 1812.
3- Where did he live? When did he move to London?
He lived in London. He moved to London at 2 years old.
4- Where and when did he start to work?
He started to work in a factory at 12 years old.
5- When did he become famous?
He became famous at 24 years old.
6- When did he marry? How many children did he have? When did he divorce?
He married in 1836. He had 10 children. He divorced in 1858.
7- When did he die?
He died in 1870.---------------------
