Survival instincts! Your priorities

Hi guys,

today you had to recap what we said about Jamie last time and talk about the best ways to survive.

You had to copy a chart about his conditions of survival, the weather, and isolated / remote places.

We continued the lesson trying to organize your ideas. It was a bit difficult as you saw that your 1st classification was not so good after all:

1- water
2- food
3- fire
4- shelter
5- make yourself notice
6- don't panic!

-> But what if you panic? Will you find water and food?
If you panic, you will not find water or food.

-> What if you don't make yourself notice? Will someone rescue you?
If you don't make yourself notice, nobody will come and save / rescue you.

-> What if you don't make fire and have a shelter? Will wild animals attack you?
If you don't make fire or have a shelter, you will be very cold and wild animals will probably attack you.

So we started a debate....

- apprendre les leçons sur la survie + être capable de donner sa priorité en survie et expliquer pourquoi.

Ex: If you don't find water, you will die within 2 or 3 days. So it's more important than food because you can live without eating during 2 or 3 weeks.
