6 reasons to become vegetarian
When you are vegetarian, you are healthier.
You have a better lifestyle: you do more sport, you drink less and you
don’t smoke.
When you are vegetarian, you are kinder.
When you are vegetarian, you are slimmer.
But be careful, you shouldn’t eat too much salt, fat, or sugar.
When you are vegetarian, you have a more balanced diet.
You eat more fruit and vegetables, more pulses and more
wholegrains.
