WOULD LIKE

         = on propose quelque chose : “aimerais-tu”

         = would = auxiliaire modal.

è     I would really like to bring my friend Jake.

          =”j’aimerais vraiment” = souhait fort.

Exercise : Translate in English :

a)   J’aimerais aller à New York City.

b)  Voudrais-tu avoir un vélo pour ton anniversaire ?

c)   Je n’aimerais pas être assis à côté de lui.

d)  Nous aimerions manger un gros hamburger avec beaucoup de cheddar.
