should take stairs instead of the elevator (=ascenseur)
should limit TV time, take the TV out of the bedroom.
should Walk after each meal.
shouldn’t sit during commercials.
B-Families …
should often go to the park.
should clean the house together.
Should do sport competitions.
Should celebrate birthdays with physical activities.
