Cinderella lesson 2

Hello everyone,

Today, we listened to a song from the film "Cinderella".

Thursday, November 6th

(the sixth)

Cinderella

In the video, Cinderella is singing.

Then, she is waking up and she is having a wash.

After, she is getting dressed.

Next, she is making her bed.

To finish, she is scrubbing cleaning/washing the floor with a cloth.

She is on her knees / She is kneeling.

ð Présent BE + V-ing : her actions / her activities in the present.

THE SONG :

A dream is a wish your heart makes
When you're fast asleep
In dreams
you will lose your heartaches
Whatever you wish
for, you keep

Have faith in your dreams
and someday
Your rainbow will come smiling through
No matter how your heart is grieving
If you keep on believing

the dreams
that I wish will come true

Match these words with their synonyms :

        heartaches = sadness cry

        have faith = believe (croire)

        grieving = suffering

        keep on = continue

will come true = will be realized

WILL + BASE VERBALE ( ou BV = verbe non conjugué)

·        In dreams you will lose your heartaches

·        Your rainbow will come smiling through

·        The dreams that I wish will come true

Qu’exprime Cendrillon en utilisant “will” ?
