Hi guys,

today you had to first find the 7 differences in the picture. Some of you were not very good detectives... others are beginning to be real Sherlock Holmes!

Then we started to study a text about Whitechapel, the infamous neighbourhood.

Whitechapel:
It was a poor neighbourhood in London. The West End was rich / flourishing whereas the East End was poor.
There was a lot of crime and a lot of prostitution.
Women became prostitutes to survive.
