Hi guys! 

I'm glad to be your English teacher this year and I hope we'll acheive wonderful things this year.

Today, after introducing ourselves very briefly, we began the new lesson about... :

"The American Dream" and "The Presidential Elections in the USA".

We first analysed a wordle to understand better Eva Longoria's support speech.

Here are the documents we studied:

 We said that her speech mentionned the main ideas of the "American Dream":

- It's through hard work and a good education that you can succeed (earn money and become famous).

              1- Imiter Eva Longoria dans son propre discours.

              2- Créer votre propre discours de soutien pour un candidat à l'élection présidentielle.

Homework:

- lire, signer et faire signer son contrat de classe collé p. 2

- faire signer et rapporter son autorisation de droit à l'image.

- regarder la vidéo d'Eva Longoria et être capable de redire ce que vous en avez compris (où ça se passe, de quoi elle parle, de qui elle parle, ...).

- Pourquoi ne pas faire cet exercice en ligne pour bien anticiper le prochain cours et être rassuré pour parler?
