The document is an ad campaign from the American government.
The targets are kids and families, because in America there is an obesity problem.
The goal is to encourage people to eat healthy and to do physical activity every day.
It is a list of advice / good tips:
- People should take the stairs instead of the elevator.
- Kids shouldn’t have a TV in the bedroom and parents should limit TV time.
- People should walk around the block after a meal.
- People shouldn’t sit during TV commercials.
