The second part of the song confirms our hypotheses :
-This man acts like a child/teenager although (=bien que) he is
almost 50/he is an adult (and he still lives with his mum!)
-He probably has a lot of guns and he posts nude/naked
pictures of himself on the web. He must be a pervert.
-He hears voices in his head so he propably has a mental
illness.
-He spends his days in his room and he spies on his neighbours
all day long...
