Hello!

Today, we recaped all the information about the 1st document and then we talked about the Royal Family! It was a very good session.

  Document 1: Madame Tussauds museum

This document is a picture of the Royal Family.  It's the 50^th (fiftieth) anniversary of the Queen's coronation (1952-2002).

In the foreground, there are Elizabeth II (the second) and her hairstylist.

The hairstylist is brushing / combing the Queen's hair.

The Queen is wearing a white dress, white gloves and a blue scarf.

She has  jewels on : a bracelet, a crown, a necklace and medals of Honor.    

In the background, on the right, there is Prince Philip, the Queen's husband. On the left, there is Prince Charles, their son. They are not bodyguards!

Actually, they are wax statues from Madame Tussauds Museum in London.
