Today, we finished discovering jobs (it was hard finding the jobs corresponding to the noises§ here is what we said:

12. Tools (=outils), hard starting car → a mechanic.

13. A horn → a taxi driver, a bus driver, a chauffeur.

14. Hospital →a surgeon (un chirurgien), a nurse (=infirmière)

15. Glasses, plates, cutlery (=knives, spoons, forks) → waiter/waitress

16. A truck/lorry engine (=moteur de camion) → a truck/lorry driver. (=un routier)

17. A (news)paper → a journalist

18. A plane → a pilot.

19. A plane taking off (=un avion qui décolle)→ A steward- stewardess/an air-hostess.

20. A police car → a policeman

21. A puppy crying → a vet.

22. Scissors → a hairdresser/ a barber.

23. Washing up → a cook/ a chef/ a dishwasher (un plongeur dans un restaurant).
