It is house number 2 because there are three bedrooms, there is a garden and it is a modern house.
The Williams move in house number 1:
- they need 3 bedrooms because they have got 2 children,
- they need a garage because they have got 2 cars,
- they need a swimming-pool because the children love swimming.
