 Hello everyone,

Today, we wrote a lesson about the weird man from the song, you tried to imagine him and you gave him advice too. 

 Thursday, October 19th (the nineteenth) 2017

Possible physical or moral portrait of the man.

• He is probably tall, thin and ugly. (=laid(e))

• I think he's very fat/obese because he never goes out and doesn't practice any sport.

• I believe he's very hairy(=poilu) and he must have a long dirty beard (=barbe).

• He must have a lot of socially inappropriate manners.(=comportement socialement déplacé ou inadapté)

• Maybe he has long curly greasy hair.

• Maybe his eyes are very red because he spends his time in front of his screen /computer.

• Maybe he has thick horrible glasses because he can't see at all.

• He must have big hands.

• He must have lots of pimples (his face must be full of acne) because he doesn't take care of himself.

Advice for him : SHOULD+ Base verbale

• You should go out of your bedroom to meet real people.

• You should get out and get active !

• You should dress appropriately (and legally!)

• You should see a psychologist to solve your problems.

• You should find a wife/someone and no longer live with your mum.

• You should find a job and rent your own appartment.

   

SHOULD+ NOT → Shouldn't

• You shouldn't post nude pictures !

• You shouldn't rummage(=fouiller) in people's privacy.

• You shouldn't spy on your neighbours

• You shouldn't spend too much time on the internet. -
