History of Halloween
When most people think of Halloween, they think of family-friendly activities, costumes, parades, trick-or-treating and apple bobbing.
Halloween is an ancient Celtic [keltik] festival from 2000 (=two thousand) years ago. People believed [vd] the dead returned [nd] as ghosts on the 31st of October.
