The cartoon is about mobiles. /ai/
It is in different places (a bus, the street, restaurants…) in a big city, in the USA.
The little boy is bald. He has a round face and big eyes. He is small.
He is sad, different, invisible and lost.
I think the cartoon is very sad because everybody has a mobile and they don't look around.
