Today, you played the roles of customer and waiter/waitress in a restaurant and then you watched a movie extract.

American fast food scene

The customer is in an American fast food.

He wants to have breakfast but breakfast is until 11:30 am.

And it is 11:35!

The waitress doesn't want to give him a breakfast menu because it is lunch time.

The customer is irritated and grumpy.

He wants to speak to the manager.

The manager comes and he has a fake smile. He is mean and annoying.

To order at the restaurant:

- I'm starving, may I have a burger?

- I'm not really hungry, could I have a burger?

- I'm starving as an ogre, can I have a burger?

- I want a burger.

- I'd like / I would like a burger...
