Document : Emergency Call

The number for the emergency in the UK is 999. In Europe, it is 112 but in France there are 3 numbers:
15 - EMTs -- 17 - policemen -- 18 - the firefighters

On the phone, there is a woman -> she is nervous / hysterical / panicking
while the firefighter is calm / settled / reassuring

She is on the 3rd floor of the building (a flat or a hotel). The firefighter gives her instructions because there is a fire downstairs to get rescued.
