today we worked on the song we listened to last time. Here is what you said about it:
The song is a parody of a melody by ABBA. It's about Henry VIII and his six wives.
There are repetitions in the chorus. The lyrics are about the ominous destiny / the fate / the downfall of the wives. -> his wives had to die. That was their downfall.
His last wife wasn't a "wife". She was a nurse and a babysitter. She cared for his ulcered / infected / sick leg and for the babies.
