Maybe he has big red eyes because he is angry and hateful all the time.
Possibly, he has a big belly because he doesn’t do sports and he doesn’t go outside.
Maybe he is bald because he is 50 years old and he is stressed. bald = he doesn’t have hair.
Maybe he is ugly because he goes outside just at night and he never sees the sun. He just watches his screen all the time.
