The man's profile
In the 1st and 2nd stanzas, the man says things about his life.
He is crazy. He is a lunatic and a psychopath.
→ He has a nude picture of himself on his profile. He is a perv.
→ He has a fetish for guns = he is dangerous and maybe he is a killer.
→ He is 50 but he lives with his mum. He doesn't have a job and he is always alone (he is a loner). And he is a whiner ( = he cries all the time).
→ He is always angry. Anger is a permanent character trait.
