You should take the stairs.
You shouldn't take the elevator.
You should do 60 minutes of activity a day.
You should swim or bike with your family.
You shouldn't watch TV a lot.
You shouldn't sit during TV commercials.
You should clean or vacuum the house.
You should do yard work (in the garden).
