Today, we looked at Springfield.

        SPRINGFIELD : The Simpsons' town.

There is Homer's nuclear plant.
There is Bart's and Lisa's school.
There is Moe's pub.
There is the mayor's city hall.

Plural : There are streets in Springfield.

Exercise 1 : Complete the sentences :

1) There are three pens on the table.
2) There are my friends in front of the school.
3) There is a beautiful car in the parking lot.
4) There are many streets in Springfield.

Exercise 2 : Answer the questions :

1) Whose dog is it ? [Bart] It is Bart's dog.
2) Whose cars are they ? [the Simpsons]
3) Whose school is it ? [Bart and Lisa]
4) Whose shoes are they ? [Homer]
5) Whose pencil case is it ? [Marge Simpson]
