Singing + Last Sequence: Food - At the Restaurant

Hi guys,

today we first sang the song from Annie Get Your Gun and then we continued the lesson. We studied a menu from an American diner.

Here is what we said about it:

The menu is American because...

the spelling is American -> favorite / favourite / donut / doughnut
the vocabulary is American -> (French) fries / chips
the references and traditions are America:

Route 66 is a famous road from Chicago to Los Angeles.
Free refill for beverages = you can drink as much as you want.
A diner is a typical American restaurant along the road.

- apprendre le nouveau vocabulaire étudié lors de la découverte du menu et savoir dire pourquoi le menu est un menu américain et pas britannique par exemple.
