It's a picture of the Queen of England.
She is wearing jewels (a crown, a necklace, a bracelet), medals of honor and white gloves.
She looks important for the 50th anniversary of her coronation (1952).
She doesn't look happy. She looks expressionless while a woman is brushing / combing her hair.

She travelled to London.
The Queen looks real but it is fake.
It's a wax statue.
