Hello everyone,

This was the last lesson before we prepare the final task.

So, we did a big recap on preterit verbs and pronunciation of [-ed] :

helped [t], used [d] or visited [id].

We talked about the questions in the preterit about someone's life (here it was JD Rockefeller).

Finally, we translated some sentences.

QUESTIONS IN THE PRETERIT

- What was his first name ?
- When was he born and when did he die ?
- Where was he born ?
- Where did he die ?
- What was his occupation / job ?
- Where did his fortune come from ?
- How did he use his money ?

Homework for Monday :

Revise the preterit (regular, irregular verbs, questions, pronunciation)
