I don't think it's the singer who speaks in the song but a character because the singer doesn't have the voice of a 50-year-old man.

He is a psycho -> he likes guns.
He is a whiner -> he lives with his mum. He is not courageous and he is childish.
He is crazy -> he posts nude pictures on his Facebook account.
Maybe he was sacked from his job -> he lives with his mum.
Maybe he suffered before -> he has turned into a psycho / a perv.
