The dabbawala service
A “dabba” is a word in Hindi for a bucket of home-cooked food.
The dabbawalas are the men who carry and deliver the food from home to schools or offices.
It’s one of the most important services in Mumbai, India.
(Mumbai is the most important city in India but it’s not the capital city).
Prince Charles visited the service because it’s not sophisticated but it’s spectacular.
