This document is a video ad campaign. Michelle Obama is giving pieces of advice to encourage people to be healthy.

She says people should do 60 (sixty) minutes of activity a day, because it boosts kids concentration and creativity.

Kids should do sports and go outside. They should go rafting, go hiking (=walk in the forest), go biking, go surfing, go climbing, go fishing on a lake, etc.

They should play tag or play hopscotch.
