Actually, the customer got* his gun in his bag. He shot* in the ceiling but it was an accident. He didn't punch the manager and he didn't spit on the waitress. Eventually (= finally), he had* lunch. Rick was more scared than the waitress.

I think the customer wants to show the others that this ad is a lie /a joke.
