In the picture, there are two characters.
They are Jamaican because the man on the right has a Jamaican flag on his overalls and a typical Jamaican hat.
It’s also in Jamaica because there is the beach in the background and it’s sunny and warm.
The man on the right is reading a book and he looks very concentrated and dubious.
