Children should play tag in the playground.

Kids should practise sports sixty minutes a day to boost their concentration and to improve their performance.

They should have fun by practising sports, by riding a bike and exploring outdoors (contrary : indoor(s) ).

They should explore mountains and climb rocks / do rock climbing.

Americans should have a walk in urban parks as well as national parks.

GET OUT AND GET ACTIVE !
