today we studied the text entitled "Let's Move". Here is what we said about it:
Let's Move . gov (dot gov).
The document is a campaign to give advice for everyday life to be healthy.
1) You should do sports one hour a day.
2) You should take the stairs. You shouldn't take the elevator.
3) You shouldn't watch TV a lot. You shouldn't have a TV in your bedroom.
4) You shouldn't sit during TV commercials.
5) You should walk around your neighbourhood after a meal.
