today we first made a recap of what you had said last time about the picture below. Here is what we wrote:
Exprimer une hypothèse:
On peut soit utiliser: MAYBE -> placer avant la phrase
ou: MAY -> c'est un auxiliaire. Il se place donc avant le verbe.
Ex:
The fishermen may be fishing.
The tourists may be taking pictures.
The policemen may be watching the bay.
There may be immigrants on the boat. They are going to NYC.
Finally, we listened to a new document about New York City's population and how it was divided into many districts.

countries -> nationalities (France -> French / Mexico -> Mexican(s) / Italy -> Italian(s) / ...)

- apprendre parfaitement la leçon sur l'image de New York (être capable de faire des hypothèses avec MAY).
