Jamie got lost in the bush but he survived a fortnight in critical conditions!

Hi guys,

could YOU survive like Jamie in the bush for a long time?

He was determined and he remained calm. He didn't panic.

Today in class we read a newspaper article about him and we found important information about his survival conditions:

He survived thanks to:

- food
- drinking
- shelter
- his will to survive

Vocabulary:
the bush / the outback = the desert / the forest / the mountain / the jungle = uncultivated, barren parts of Australia

Homework:

- être capable de faire un compte-rendu du document à l'écrit et à l'oral ( = répondre aux questions WHO / WHERE / WHEN / WHAT / HOW / WHY)

- terminer de surligner les éléments demandés dans le texte (3 premiers paragraphes) en 3 couleurs différentes.

  • Couleur 1: les éléments liés à food / drink / shelter
  • Couleur 2: les éléments liés aux endroits mentionnés (places)
  • Couleur 3: les éléments liés aux conditions météo (weather)
