The man feels lonely, angry and hateful.
He may be a terrorist because he sends letter bombs and he has a passion for guns, so he is very dangreous.
She blames him for not helping her.
She blames him for being lazy.
His mother reproaches him with being a psychopath.
Maybe she reproaches him with selling drugs.
