The customer wants breakfast but the waitress says it is too late.
They stopped [t] serving breakfast at 11:30 (eleven thirty).
It’s only 11:33, so the customer is extremely angry and he wants to speak with the manager.
In this diner, contrary to the expression, the customer is NOT always right.
