Hi guys,
today we finished analysing Eva Longoria's speech (her conclusion). Here is what we said:
At the end of her speech, she addresses the Hispanic community. She speaks Spanish: "Si, se puede!". It's Barack Obama's slogan / motto. "Yes we can!" = we can succeed, we can dream, we can believe! Anything is possible.
During the 2nd part of the hour, you had to begin writing your speech.
Final Task: prepare a speech to support a candidate for the presidential elections in France (use the same pattern as Eva Longoria = intro / dvpt / ccl).
