Correction of the webquest, recap and group work

Hi guys,

today we corrected the webquest you had to complete as homework.

Here is what we said:

It's about the specialties invented by some minorities in the US.
For example, the Cajuns invented "Turducken" (a dish with turkey, duck, and chicken).
The Cajuns live in New Orleans. New Orleans is not a cosmpolitan city.
On the other hand, New York City and Chicago are very cosmopolitan.

Homework:

- préparer le brouillon de son menu au restaurant (qu'il faudra, après la correction, faire en 3 exemplaire)
- écrire son dialogue au restaurant (2 clients / 1 serveur/se) = servez-vous des fiches ci-dessous (critères d'évaluation et vocabulaire) pour construire et réussir au mieux votre dialogue.
