The first candidate (Rob) is more polite than the 2nd one (Adam).
Rob has less experiences than Adam but he explains his job.
He has already worked in a library. He has already carried heavy boxes.
Adam has already worked in a newspaper company. He just explains the negative situation. He hasn’t liked working in the rain.
