Hi guys,
today we studied Aron't actual interview after he survived and wrote a book about his "adventure".
Here is what we finally wrote in the copybook:
Aron's story:
He knew he was gonna die.
He thought it was gonna be his grave.
He imagined nobody was gonna find him.
He was not gonna get free.
-> but he didn't give up!
Be (was / were) gonna = Be + going to ...
