Hi guys,

today we finished listening to the cover song about Henry VIII's wives.

Here is what we said about it:

The song is a parody of a song by ABBA.
It's about Henry VIII's wives.
The chorus is about the destiny / the fate / the malediction of his wives.

When his 3rd wife died, he mourned her because he really loved her and she gave him a son.
His 5th wife was sent to the Tower of London (a prison) and she was beheaded.
His last wife cared for the children and his ulcered leg.

Vocab:

ulcered = sick / infected
