today we analysed the phone conversation of a British woman calling 999 in the UK.
Here are the steps of the conversation:
1- She calls the emergency.
2- The dispatcher tranfers her to the fire service.
3- Questions / Answers about her personal information.
4- The fireman indicates her the steps.
5- The firemen arrive.
6- She is rescued.
